PSTC LABORATORY
PAC Seminar and interview rooms are fully equipped with latest state of the art facilities. PAC continues its tradition of introducing students to the latest advances in technology to enhance their speaking skill. Audio visual aids, expanded treatment of using the latest CD ROM and computer generated graphics facilitate students in making successful presentations.

PEER FEEDBACK
PAC Trainers also focus on techniques that bridge theory and practice, emphasizing how to help students provide meaningful feedback to their classmates and themselves. The Trainers invite students to offer comments and feedback about their classmates' speeches. The Trainers also teach them how to offer comments that are specific, descriptive, balanced and sensitive. The ultimate objective of this exercise is to help students learn to be their own best critics.

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
PAC has evolved a two-tier system of performance evaluation. First, the peer group provides feedback to the presenter on his performance. Second, the Trainers evaluate performance of the presenter and give him instant feedback for further improvement. The Trainers provide audio-video feed back to the students in addition to the traditional speech evaluation forms and note sheets. Results in PSTC are announced on daily basis.

CERTIFICATES & PRIZES
Apart from awarding certificates of course completion, PAC also gives shields to all students who pass PSTC. The Trainers select Presenter of the Week, Presenter of the Month and Presenter of the Year. The best presenters of the course are awarded special shields at the certificates distribution ceremony.

STUDENTS' RESPONSE
Hundreds of students who even did not have the slightest idea of addressing an audience are today confident presenters. Their worst fear of facing people and speaking to them is now their greatest asset. They have found the course extremely helpful and enjoyable.
