Founder's Day 2011
Founders Day was held on 4th July 2011 in the memory of Mr. Ishafaq Ahmed (the founder of PAC).Program started with the recitation of Holy Quran followed by the National Anthem. Annual Play was performed by the students and last but not the least prize distribution ceremony was held to honor those students who are pride of PAC. Maximum participation of students and our respectful guest made the event huge success.
Independence Day Celebrations
Independence Day celebration was held at ACCA campus. Students participated in Speech competition, national songs and the main attraction of the event a short stage play.
ICAP Inter REAT Debate Competition
PAC team participated in ICAP inter REAT debate competition and secured 1st position.
Cultural day was held to rejoice the spirit of students by bringing different cultures under one roof. Students from different provinces presented their cultural through singing, poetry, dance, fashion show and dramatics. Prize distribution ceremony was held at the end of the event.
WWF carnival was held at race Course Park on 13 Feb 2011. It was a fun event where people from all age groups participated in different activities and had fun.PAC stall was center of attraction for everyone because of the stall decorations and fun games set for the visitors.PAC team also distributed souvenirs among guests.
PAC team participated in the education Expo held in expo center on 4-6 Feb 2011. Career Counseling stall was set for the visitors.
Creativeac Pakistan short story writing
FD. Sheikh, student of CA at PAC, secured First position in Creativeac Pakistan short story writing competition. The participants of the competitions were asked to come up with a short story in least possible words (i.e. 400 words). The competition was announced last year in December and results have been declared on 3rd February 2011.
A Speech Competition was held at PAC CA campus on 24th December 2010. Students from all modules were invited to participate in the event. The topic of the day was: “Why not Pakistan?”. The main reason behind this particular selection was to shed light, as well as to appease, the growing tide of anti-patriotism that is rampant in today`s youth. The Urdu topic selected was “SAB SE PEHLE PAKISTAN”. Syeda Zahra Batool secured 1st position in the English debate, where as Ali Asad stood 1st in the Urdu debate.
As the event braced for its conclusion, a prize distribution ceremony was conducted in which Mr. Jaffar Hussain, Principal PAC, graciously filled in the role of chief guest, and handed out certificates to winners and participants. At the end, the Principal delivered a few words of wisdom to the audience. In retrospect, the efforts of the Organizing Committee members, who helped to make this event a huge success, must be applauded.
Naat & Qirat competition
A Naat & Qirat competition was held on 31st Dec 2010. Students from different modules participated in the event, and showcased their talents. Students recited different verses of the Quran, a spectacle which naturally introduced a wave of humility to pierce through the minds of the spectators. As the event neared its conclusion, Hafiz Muhammad Usman was awarded 1st position, and 2nd place was awarded to Hafiz Hesham Ahmed.Hafiz Muhammad Usman also stood 1st in the Naat Competition, where as Hafiz Asif Abbas stood 2nd ,and Muhammad Arshad Khan stood 3rd. Mr. Ijaz Butt ,Ms Mobila Kashif and Ms. Zainab Mubarik judged the event.
Coke Cricket Junoon Activity
Coke Industries organized a cricketing event in the vicinity of the ACCA campus and many of our students rushed to join in the spirit of the occasion. It was an awesome spectacle, and the participants` enthusiasm as they exhibited their surprisingly refined batting abilities, was a sight to behold. Although basically a part of Coke Industry`s Marketing strategy, the event succeeded in bringing to light the latent talents of our beloved students.
Imran Khan Donations
PAC donated Rs.150, 000 to Imran Khan, for the benefit of his “New Seeds of Hope Campaign”. This contribution was made by both the students and the management. The campaign greatly lauded PAC`s efforts in helping them to deliver care to those deprived of life`s basic necessities. This also highlights our institutions efforts to inculcate in our students the spirit of charity, morality and generosity.
